Angelina Mata-Coronado

Angelina Mata-Coronado, of Caldwell, TX Went to her heavenly home Sunday, April 18th, at the age of 90. Visitation is set for Friday, April 23, 2021 from 5-8 p.m. at Strickland Funeral Home of Caldwell. The Funeral Service is set for 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Strickland Funeral Home in Caldwell with Pastor Noberto Llara officiating.

Angelina was born August 2, 1930 in San Louis Potosi, Mexico to parents Eufemio Mata and Maria Piadad Coronado.

Angelina loved sitting out on her porch, looking at her beautiful rose bushes and reading her Bible. She was a strong, fierce and independent woman who will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Nieves Requena, son Noe Requena; daughter Dolores Martinez; two sisters and one brother.

She is survived by her sons Rogaciano Requena, of Mexico Carmello Requena, of Caldwell; daughters Juana Requena Martinez, of Caldwell, Maria Herrera of Dallas, Carmela Requena of Mexico, Consuelo Montoya of Thorndale, Amelia Requena of Oregon.
