Antonio Sanchez

Antonio Sanchez, 67, of Caldwell passed away at his home in Caldwell surrounded by loved ones on September 21, 2017.

Antonio was born August 3, 1950 to Angel Sanchez and Epifinia (Mendez) Sanchez in Caldwell, Texas. He married Herta (Zednik) Sanchez on July 13, 1984.

Antonio was proud to have served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed woodworking and working in the yard, playing with his grandchildren, and he loved his little dog, Butter Boy (Brother Butt). He was a very easy going man who would offer up the shirt off his back if someone needed help. He had a servant’s heart and was a very hard working man.

Antonio was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Margaret Chavarria.

He is survived by his wife, Herta Sanchez of Caldwell; daughters and sons-in-law, Peggy & John Chudej of Cameron, Tanja & Justin Supak of Caldwell; brothers and sisters-in-law, Angel & Virginia Sanchez of San Antonio, Rick & Joann Sanchez, Danny & Donna Sanchez, Carlos Chavarria, all of Caldwell; sisters and brothers-in-law, Connie & Paul Gamez of Taylor, Felise Vasquez of San Antonio, Sandy & John Rando of Enchanted Oaks, Mary Lou Sanchez & Ike Ramirez of Hutto; grandchildren, Tanner Chudej, Taylor Chudej, Skylar Supak; and numerous other family and friends.
