Eric Lundstrom

Eric Lundstrom, 30, passed away March 21, 2021 in Bryan, Texas. A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Strickland Funeral Home. The burial will follow at Chriesman Cemetery. The visitation will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2021 from 6:00 - 8:00PM at the funeral home.

Eric was born December 18, 1990 in Bryan, Texas to Richard and Peggy (Ferrell) Lundstrom.

He is preceded in death by his father Richard Lundstrom and uncle Jimmy Ferrell and grandparents James & Shirley Ferrell and grandmother Helen Small.

He is survived by his mother Peggy Lundstrom, aunts Sharon and husband Mike Barnett, Donna and husband Charles Terry, Carolyn and husband Ron Cleckner, and numerous cousins, other relatives, friends and FBC Church family.

Eric enjoyed life, had an amazing sense of humor, was always kind, caring and never met a stranger. One of the Family moments would be to go eat in Bryan/College Station.  He was often the family’s source of entertainment. He always had them smiling and laughing. The Lundstrom house was the place to gather and enjoy the country life, where his friends would feed the chickens and cows.  Eric was a very social person and prior to his condition worsening he went on a family cruise where he was very adventurous in his meal planning by eating alligator and other delicacies. For Halloween one year Eric got with his best friends, Travis and Jacob, they all dressed up as power rangers and Eric dressed up as the red Power Ranger. He was very talented in Art, drawing pictures, enjoyed dodgeball and was a movie buff. Eric also loved taking nature pictures, especially red cardinals, deer, raccoons and insects. He was a hat enthusiats, with a collection of fedoras and loved spending time with family and friends. He loved his savior and always wanted to glorify God. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Caldwell. He was very courageous and strong throughout his illness. Eric always said “I’ll try anything at least twice.”
