Erich Brummer

Erich Wayne Brummer Sr. was born May 3, 1962, to Erich Brummer and Bonnie Faye Rathjen in Bryan, Texas.  His services will be held at Strickland Funeral Home in Somerville, TX on January 29, from 10am until the funeral service begins at 3pm.  Burial will follow at the Schoppe cemetery.

Erich loved animals, fishing, and he was a hard worker.  He worked as a sheet metal operator for 10 years and continued to work for Koppers Inc. and Smith Industries for many more years.  He was kindhearted, free spirited, and would do whatever he could to help anyone especially his family and children.  His favorite pass time was to watch western movies.

Leaving to mourn his passing are his Mother Bonnie Faye Campise of Snook, TX, his son Erich Wayne Brummer Jr. of Bryan, TX and son Matthew Brummer and wife Rebecca of Houston, TX.  His daughters Krissy Diane DeLeon and husband David of College Station, TX and Elizabeth Marie Mize and Husband Butch of Conroe, TX.  He is also survived by his brother Jason Christopher Mensch and wife Kimberly of Snook, TX.  His sisters Kathy Green and husband Russell of Lyons, TX and Nancy Green and Fiancé Kevin Gage of Caldwell, TX.  He had 8 grandchildren whom he loved dearly.

Preceded in death is his father, Erich Brummer.
