Ilda Rodriguez

A Mass of Christian Burial for Ilda Rangel Rodriguez, 48, of Caldwell was held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 23, 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Caldwell. Interment will follow at the Church cemetery. Visitation was held from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 22, 2020, with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Mrs. Rodriguez passed away July 15, 2020.

Ilda was born April 2, 1972 to Servando Reyes Rangel and Martha (Deleon) Rangel in Rosenberg, Texas. She married Cosme Trevino Rodriguez May 18, 1990 in Caldwell, Texas.

She enjoyed shopping, movies, cleaning, cooking and drawing. She was a wonderful Mother and a very loving and caring person. She liked traveling to California and other places.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Ilda is survived by her husband, Cosme Rodriguez, Sr. of Caldwell; son, Cosme Rodriguez , Jr. of Caldwell; daughter and son-in-law, Regina Ilda Rodriguez and Raymond Burros of Oceanside, California; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jose Rangel of Caldwell, Joachim & Veronica Rangel of Denver, Colorado, Gilberto & Kathy Rangel of Hobbs, New Mexico, Martin & Tracy Rangel of Smithville, Gonzalo Rangel of Bryan, Dagoberto Rangel of Somerville; sisters and brother-in-law, Andrea Rangel of Burton, Anna Rangel of New Castle, Colorado, and Elvia & James Jones of Caldwell.

Pallbearers will be Joachim Rangel, Dagoberto Rangel, Raymond Burros, Anthony Spell, Damian Spell, and Tyler Spell.
