Judy Carolyn Long

Carolyn Long, age 73, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. Carolyn was born July 12, 1950, in Moulton, Alabama. She was the first-born child of Robert Edward Posey and Ruby Gertrude Posey. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. followed by the funeral at 10:00 A.M. at Chriesman Cemetery Pavilion. 

She loved crocheting, sewing, quilting, studying her bible, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents and husband Mason Long.

Carolyn is survived by her two brothers Bobby Posey (Charlotte) and Gary Posey (Claudia); three sons Arle Long (Anni), Kevin Long (Denise), and Justin Long; two grandchildren Kaydie Degelia (Kacey) and Kaycie Muzny (Devin); one great-grandchild Mason Muzny who all referred to her as Nana. 

Pallbearers will be Kacey Degelia, Devin Muzny, Mike Ashley, Justin Carrington, Kable Evans, Daniel Telg, Seth Ulbrich
