Madelynn Nichole Zuniga, 4, of Caldwell died on January 30, 2016 in Caldwell, Texas. Funeral arrangements are as follows: Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 12, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Caldwell. The funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 13, 2016, also at the First Baptist Church, with Rev. Steve Johnson officiating, followed by interment at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.

Madelynn was born September 19, 2011 to Jorge and Lesley Zuniga. She was a wonderful young girl who loved to dance and sing and made everyone around her smile. Madelynn loved people and her favorite colors were pink and blue.

Madelynn is survived by her parents; sister, Evelett Grace Zuniga of Caldwell; paternal grandparents, Antero & Marina Zuniga of Caldwell; maternal grandfather Wesley Jackson and wife Melissa of Katy, maternal grandmother Doris Jackson and husband Lawrence of Caldwell; special caregivers, aunt and uncle Rachael and Maurice Jackson, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her sister Alicia LeAnn Zuniga.
