Mark Louis Kochert

Mark Louis Kochert, a loving and caring individual, has passed away at the age of 57. He was born on November 27, 1965, in Wesleco, Texas, and departed from this world on July 10, 2023, at his home. Mark's memory will forever be cherished by his surviving family and friends, including his beloved mother Jane Kochert and Brother Wilbur Anthony Kochert.

Mark had a fulfilling career that spanned across various industries. He began his professional journey by working at a nursery, nurturing and tending to plants with the same care and attention he extended to those around him. His strong work ethic and dedication led him to Perry's Department Store, where he served customers with kindness and consideration for their needs. Later on, Mark found his place at Walmart, where he continued to provide unparalleled customer service.

Apart from his professional accomplishments, Mark was an advocate for education. He valued knowledge and constantly sought opportunities for growth. Mark attended college and found immense fulfillment in expanding his horizons through learning.

Family meant the world to Mark. He was a devoted son who cared deeply for his mother Jane Kochert. His commitment to family extended beyond blood relations.

Mark is preceded in death by Robert Kochert, his father; Travis Paul Kochert, his brother; and an infant brother.

Although we grieve Mark's departure from our lives, it is important to celebrate the impact he had on those around him. Known for his warm-hearted nature and genuine concern for others' well-being, Mark touched many lives with his love and care. Whether it was a kind word or a helping hand, he made sure that everyone felt valued and appreciated.

To honor Mark's life and share memories with friends and loved ones, visitation will take place at Holy Rosary Catholic Church (Frenstat) in Texas on July 22, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. This will be followed by the recite of the Holy Rosary at 1:30pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the same location from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at Holy Rosary Catholic church cemetery in Frenstat.

Mark Louis Kochert's departure from this world leaves a void that cannot be filled, but his legacy of love and caring will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in eternal peace as his memory lives on in our hearts.
