Robert William Brandenburg has been called to be with the Lord on March 5, 2022, at the age of 86. The memorial service will be held at the Burleson County Cowboy Church, 300 CR 169 Caldwell, TX, on Saturday March 19th, at 4pm.
Robert was born on August 30, 1935, in Fulton, Missouri to Nancy and Ira Brandenburg. Robert was an Air Force Veteran who served in the Korean War.
Robert lived a full rewarding life. He loved God, country, family, and music. He loved playing the guitar and mandolin for family and friends. One of his favorite songs that brought a lot of joy to him, and his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren was “There is a hole in the bottom of the sea”.
He was a man of many talents and held various jobs throughout his lifetime. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend and will be deeply and truly missed.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Nancy, and Ira Brandenburg. His loving wife Estelle (Bambi) Brandenburg, two sons Raymond and Jody Brandenburg, Granddaughter Jamie Brandenburg Nieto, and several siblings.
Robert is survived by his two children. Connie Peterson and husband Eddie of Killeen, Texas; son Robert William Brandenburg II and wife Lynn of Somerville, Texas. Two granddaughters, Tanya Holm and husband Allen of Orchard, Texas and Kimberly Tally and husband Russell of Simonton, TX. Five great grandchildren Tristian Gudduschat, Dylan Holm, Shelby Tally, Devon Tally, and Rylee Tally and many family members.
