Roger Harris

Roger Neil Harris, 72, of Brenham Texas, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at his home.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Per his wishes, Mr. Harris was buried in a private service on Aug. 21, 2019 in Oaklawn Cemetery in Somerville.
Mr. Harris was born Sept. 16, 1946 in Old Town, Maine. He was baptized in September 1946. On Oct. 21, 1999, he was married to Terry Hill. Mr. Harris worked in the oilfield industry and was a carpenter. Some of his hobbies included working on cars, riding motorcycles, spending time with family and member of the Lake Loon MC.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard G. Harris; mother, Nylene (Landolt) Harris; father-in-law, Mib Hill; and mother-in-law, Bess Hill.
Survivors are: wife, Terry Harris; son, Wesley “Wes” Harris of LaVernia, TX; daughters and sons-in-law, Marisa Harris of Gregory, TX, Misha Harris and Erik Johnson of Boone, NC, and Tanya and Jeff Uplinger of Burton, TX.; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Steve Terry of College Station; sister-in-law, Viki Krueger of Brenham, TX; grandchildren, Savana Fetterman, Skylar Harris, Waylon Harris, River Harris, and Jordan Tappe; niece, Rebecca Kroencke and husband Spencer and great nieces and nephew; nephew, Andrew Terry; nephew, Tony Krueger and wife Rita and great-niece and nephews; nephew Clark Krueger and wife Kristin and great-nieces and nephew; and numerous loving cousins and all his special “girlfriends”.
