Ronny Langham

Ronnie (Ronny) Wayne Langham, 77 of Dime Box, Texas passed away peacefully on Friday, August 28, 2020. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Ronnie was born on December 16, 1942 in Caldwell, Texas, the son of Joe Langham and Minnie Schoppe Langham. As a young boy he joined Caldwell First United Methodist Church where he was baptized and enjoyed singing in the choir.

He married Bonnie Stanley on July 28, 1962 at First Christian Church in Burton, Texas by Rev. Beck. Their marriage was blessed with one son, Tim and one daughter, Lisa.

Ronnie enjoyed fishing, bowling, dancing and socializing. He loved dancing the jitterbug with Bonnie and won numerous contests. He was a passionate fan of the Texas A&M Aggies. Above all he was a family man who beamed with pride while watching his kids and grandkids grow up and excel at academics, athletics and music.

Ronnie is survived by his wife of 58 years, Bonnie (Stanley) Langham; son, Tim Langham and wife Rachel; daughter, Lisa Proske and husband Mark; grandsons, Micah Proske, Macain Proske and fiancé Marisol Herrera; granddaughter; RileyRose Langham; brother, Jamie Langham and wife Patsy; sister-in-law, Jo Ann Williams and husband James; nephews and nieces, Larry Langham, Jr., Leigh McMahan and husband David, Lana Sholders and fiancé Bryan Honeycutt, Janelle Gold and husband Jerry, Susan Broesche and husband Mark, Betsy Zeiss and husband Jeff, David Stanley and wife Linda, Ronnie Stanley and wife Gail, Laura Williams along with numerous great nephews and nieces.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Minnie (Schoppe) Langham; parents-in-law, JP Stanley, Sr. and Mae (Teague) Stanley; brother, Larry Langham; brother-in-law, JP Stanley, Jr. and wife Elnora (Goldberg) Stanley and niece, Debra Langham Jones.

Pallbearers are Mark Broesche, Roger Caldwell, Jerry Gold, Marvin Jones, Keith Massey and Ronnie Stanley.

Honorary Pallbearers are Mark Biehle, Alvin Gold, Rolf Krueger, Bill Langham, Charlie Langham, David Langham, Wayne Langham, Jesse Massey, Bobby Ulich and James Williams.
