Teena is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Steven Sherman, whom she married on September 29, 1990. She was the proud mother of her son Cory Bengel and daughter Haley Schwartz, married to Kyle Schwartz, and their two daughters, Aubrey and Allie Schwartz.
